Is Marvel Replacing Jeremy Renner As Hawkeye Amid Ex-Wife Sonni Pacheco Controversy?
Some Marvel fans are demanding that Jeremy Renner be replaced as Hawkeye amid his personal drama with ex-wife Sonni Pacheco.
The actor has been embroiled in a bitter custody battle with his ex-wife over their daughter, Ava. Renner and Pacheco have both hurled some damaging allegations at each other. It has become a war of words that gets nastier each day.
There is no question there is a great deal of controversy surrounding the Avengers: Endgame star. The serious accusations of drug abuse, gun use endangering Ava, as well as alleged threat to kill Pacheco sparked rumors Marvel and Disney were going to part ways with Renner.

Screen Rant is reporting several sources claim Marvel is looking to either reduce or cut out Renner’s role as Hawkeye in the upcoming Hawkeye TV series. There is no official word from Marvel or parent company Disney on the subject.
A lack of official word has done nothing to stop Marvel fans from voicing their opinion. Many fans are outraged over the allegations against Renner and want him out of the MCU family.
